Booking & Insurance
EMDR Intensives are self-pay and are not covered by insurance. The fee is $200 per hour, or $800 for a four-hour intensive day.
A non-refundable $800 deposit (the full cost of one four-hour intensive) is required at booking to reserve each intensive day. Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit, except in cases of illness or medical emergency. In those circumstances, the deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled intensive. Deposits are not refundable.
New Client Paperwork
Following the initial consultation, required consent, privacy, telehealth, and intake paperwork will be provided directly to clients before their first intensive. Please do not email completed clinical forms or sensitive health information through ordinary email.
